Playboy mansion, a photographer and a trampoline ... what could possibly go wrong?
A lot ... according to Denise Underhill -- who's filed a lawsuit against Playboy, claiming she suffered a devastating knee injury during a bouncy photo shoot at the mansion back in 2009.
According to the suit, filed in LA Superior Court last month, Denise claims she was "requested to jump on a trampoline ... in order for photographs to be taken of her." We're guessing Denise has a huge smile.
During the jumping session, Denise claims she tore the meniscus in her right knee ... but instead of proper medical assistance, she was merely given crutches and sent on her way.
In the docs, Denise claims "There were no warning signs posted ... as to the dangers posed by the use of the equipment." She has a point, even shampoo has directions.
Denise claims the injury required surgery -- and she's demanding more than $25k for her troubles.
A call to Playboy was not returned.

Enter Thom Bierdz ... former star of "The Young & The Restless" ... he's scared and angry after his former assistant allegedly became "delusional, deranged" and "psychotic" and threatened his safety.
Thom goes to L.A. County Superior Court and files a request for a restraining order against the young man, Buck Winthrop -- who, at one point, lived with Thom at the actor's L.A. home. Purely platonic, so Thom says ...
Thom, fearing Buck will trash him all over the Internet ... begs the judge to "prevent him from slandering me on Facebook, Twitter, etc." Thom now waits while the judge comes to a decision ...
The judge .... (DRAMATIC PAUSE) ... DENIES Thom's request -- claiming "slander, etc. on public sites is not subject to a [restraining order]."
(CUE "DISAPPOINTED" VIOLINS)
Thom ... refusing to accept defeat ... tells TMZ he will continue to pursue his case against Buck ... and vows to emerge victorious, one way or another.
Tune in next week ... unless this soap gets canceled too.

Kevin Nash after he was recently arrested ... but HE WAS TALLER THAN THEIR MEASURING CHART!!!!!
Nash posed for the mug shot after he was arrested on suspicion of battery last month -- a charge that was later dismissed for lack of evidence.
Nash -- who claims he's a solid 7 feet tall -- was recently arrested on suspicion of battery in Florida ... after he stopped a drunk dude from getting too close to his wife at a local restaurant.
Big Sexy admits things did get physical with the other man -- but Nash insists he only acted in self-defense because the drunk guy came at him with a beer bottle.

Ben Roethlisberger and his Pittsburgh Steeler pals are barely keeping their heads above water during the lockout -- in fact ... they SOAKED their unemployed asses at a waterpark in Texas this weekend.
Big Ben and the boys took a much needed break from doing nothing on Saturday -- and stopped by the Schlitterbahn Waterpark in New Braunfels.
A rep for the park tells TMZ, the guys hit some of the biggest rides -- including the Boogie Bahn Surf Ride, the Dragon's Revenge uphill water coaster, the Down Hill Racer and the Hill Side Tube Chute.
We're told they even made a sizeable donation to the park's Employees Scholarship -- but if the lockout goes on any longer, they may have to ask for it back.

Filed under: America's Got TalentAin't nothin' wrong with a little XXX in the workplace -- at least according to the upstanding people at YouPorn ... who tell us, whoever visited their site at "America's Got Talent" is welcome back anytime.
As we previously reported, "America's Got Talent" recently aired a TV spot -- which accidentally displayed the YouPorn logo while showing footage of someone's browser history.
But according to a rep for YouPorn, this kind of thing happens more often than you'd think -- because the website gets over 12 million hits PER DAY.
The rep adds, "We'd like to thank our friend at NBC for visiting us, and we hope he comes again ..."
Ah, the porn world -- where everything is a double entendre.

LeBron James' dreams were dashed to pieces, one of the biggest delis in Cleveland renamed its famous "King" sandwich ... after Mavs star Dirk Nowitzki.
TMZ spoke with Earl Stein -- the co-owner of Corky and Lenny's in Cleveland -- and he tells us, the deli redubbed the $10.50 sandwich in honor of Dallas' victory over Miami Sunday night.
What was once the "King Size Corned Beef Sandwich" is now the "The Dirk Nowitzki Corned Beef Sandwich."
We haven't tasted it ourselves -- but it looks delicious ... and probably goes real well with an ice cold can of spite.

Filed under: Candy SpellingCandy Spelling has found a buyer for the most expensive property in L.A. -- the 57,000 square foot mansion she built with late husband, mega-producer Aaron Spelling ... but it appears Candy didn't get anywhere near the asking price.
TMZ has confirmed the buyer is 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone, a fashion designer. Her dad, Bernie Ecclestone, is the CEO of Formula One Management, whose estimated net worth is $4 billion.
The Holmby Hills (Beverly Hills adjacent) mansion, listed at $150 million, has been on the market since March, 2009.
Although we don't know the exact price, sources connected with the deal tell TMZ ... Petra opened at $75 mil ... half the asking price.
Sources say the deal is currently in escrow and has not closed.
The estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.
Candy bought 2 penthouse units in a nearby condo complex in Century City for a whopping $35 million. We're told the condo won't be ready for a year, because of extensive renovations.
The richest, temporarily homeless person ever ...

The 35-year-old also tweeted, "It's the first time I've been here since we shot the opening credits."
Everyone born before 1987 sing along now ... "What ever happened to predictability..."

Filed under: Prince Frederic von AnhaltZsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt just rear-ended someone in L.A. -- and by that, we mean he slammed his truck into the back end of a van ... and thankfully, no one was seriously injured.
TMZ spoke with Von Ahole, who says he was driving his Mercedes-Benz home when the van in front of him stopped too quickly -- and he rammed into it.
We're told the van also rammed the car in front of it ... but there's no visible damage on THAT car.
Cops are currently at the scene.
Story developing ...

President Obama just made a bold statement about Congressman Anthony Weiner's predicament ... "I can tell you that if it were me, I'd resign."
Obama, who made his statement to "Today" anchor Ann Curry for broadcast Tuesday, said "Well, obviously what he did was highly inappropriate. I think he's embarrassed himself, he's acknowledged that, he's embarrassed his wife and his family."
Obama continued, "And when you get to the point where, because of various personal distractions, you can't serve as effectively as you need to -- at the time when people are worrying about jobs and their mortgages and paying the bills -- then you should probably step back."
FYI, Obama also suggested last year that Congressman Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) resign on ethical grounds, but he stayed put.

Chris Bosh isn't as sad about losing out on an NBA championship as you might think -- because on Sunday night, he got to play in front of his daughter.
As TMZ first reported, Bosh filed an emergency motion with a Maryland judge to try and modify his custody arrangement so that his two-year-old girl Trinity could see him play in his first NBA Finals.
Things didn't go as Bosh wanted, but luckily for him the series lasted long enough so that his regular visitation time with Trinity allowed her to go to Sunday night's game.
Bosh and the Miami Heat suffered a bitter loss, but sources close to Bosh tell us seeing his daughter made him feel like a winner.
Maybe he can let LeBron have her for a weekend.

TMZ obtained Katt Williams' mug shot -- taken moments after he was arrested after a stand-off with a tractor driver at a home in Palmdale, CA this weekend.
We broke the story ... Katt was arrested for felony intimidating a witness Saturday afternoon after several women on the property allegedly pelted the tractor driver with rocks.
When the guy tried to leave the property, Katt allegedly blocked the exit with his SUV -- and wouldn't budge ... until cops arrived.
Katt's rep had no comment.

TMZ broke the story -- a campus police officer from the University of Illinois at Chicago named Adolfo Arreola claims he was chillin' at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic back in February, when Teresa Giudice, Caroline Manzo and other members of their family beat the living crap out of him and his family.
Now, Adolfo, along with several family members, have filed a lawsuit -- describing the attack in detail.
In the docs, Adolfo claims things got out of hand when Teresa began spraying champagne in the club -- and blasted Adolfo's mother-in-law right in the face.
Adolfo claims Teresa "mocked" his mother-in-the-law after the spraying -- and then, "without provocation" Giudice and the other cast members physically attacked Adolfo.
Adolfo claims the "NJ Housewives" stars "brutally and savagely beat, kicked, punched, scratched, jumped on and smashed glass" on him AND members of his family ... including his mother-in-law.
Adolfo and his family members are suing for unspecified damages.

Tracy Morgan is so committed to fighting the anti-gay message he spewed during a recent comedy routine in Nashville -- he's going back to the city next week ... to apologize to everyone he offended face-to-face.
Tracy spoke with Jarrett Barrios today -- the President of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation -- who tells us, GLAAD reached out to Tracy about an in-person apology in Nashville next week ... and Tracy agreed on the spot.
If that weren't enough -- Barrios tells us, Tracy also plans to visit homeless gay teens at the Ali Forney Center in NYC this week ... teens disowned by their parents because of their sexual orientation.
The cherry on top -- Tracy also plans to film a PSA for GLAAD's upcoming "Amplify Your Voice" campaign.

Gary Dourdan was arrested this morning in Los Angeles after cops claim the actor was in possession of "a few pills" of the drug ecstasy ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told officers responded to an accident scene around 3:30 AM -- after someone reported that Gary crashed his vehicle into two parked cars.
During the investigation, cops found "a few pills" of ecstasy -- and arrested the actor on a drug possession charge.
Dourdan was taken to a nearby station -- where he was booked and bail was set at $10,000.
After spending several hours in custody, Dourdan was released just after 12:00 PM.
It's not the first time Dourdan has been arrested for drugs -- back in 2008, Gary pled guilty to possession of cocaine and ecstasy after an incident in Palm Springs.

Charlie Sheen tell TMZ ... the actor is negotiating a "big offer" for a new TV series that could debut as early as January, 2012.
We're told Charlie's reps are in "deep negotiations" and the deal could be done by week's end.
Our sources say the sitcom is being written specifically around Charlie and will air on a broadcast network. The deal does not call for a pilot. The show would go straight to series.
Our sources would not reveal details about the sitcom, except to say Chuck Lorre is NOT involved.
"I used to be a HUGE fan...but now I can't even watch reruns of his shows!!!! Wayyyyyy too much baggage to forgot when watching him!! He needs to find a new career and a new dentist!!!"
Good for Charlie! At least he is honest about who he is and he does not go around lying and cheating like our so many of our US Congressman do. MaSheen is the real deal and you can't beat his honesty!
That is a show I'll never watch. In my book, he crossed a lot of lines, calling anyone who didn't worship is crack-using butt, a troll. I hope the advertisers understand that a lot of people feel like me and won't be seeing any of the products advertised on any of his shows.
Wow they would basically be exploiting a mentally ill person for money. Charlie Sheen is not mentally stable to be on TV again. It would be the worst kind of voyeurism
Why are they calling Intervention a "new" show?
I guess it won't be about a dental office.
